A silly thing such as death won't stop Enzo from arguing with Damon on The Vampire Diaries Season 5 Episode 21.
In the following clip from "Promised Land," we see Damon and his late best friend going at it, through Bonnie, over that pesky little promise the former made over rescuing Enzo from the netherworld.
Granted, Damon may have a lot on his plate these days... but Enzo doesn't exactly have a lot of patience.

Elsewhere this Thursday, Stefan and Elena will get philosophical about their relationship, while Bonnie will search for a way to stop Markos and Caroline will witness a heinous act by the Travelers.
