There were plenty of surprises in 24: Live Another Day Season 1 Episode 9 starting with President Heller's tragic sacrifice...which wasn't. Yes, Heller was still alive thanks to some creative ediing by Chloe and it was almost good enough to fool Margot. 

Unfortunately she figured out the scheme and managed to save one of her drones and send it to Waterloo Station. But with Kate and Chloe's help, Jack got to her first and tossed Margo and son Ian out the window of a multi-story building in between stopping the missile from hitting its intended target.

But the terror is not over yet. Navarro grabbed the drone override device to deliver to Adrian, who just happens to be Chloe's lover.
