Is Doctor Who's enemy and creator of the Daleks making a return to the series? Last seen during the reign of the 10th Doctor during a fight that claimed the life of companion Donna, the voice in the following promo sounds like it belongs to Davros.
Additional evidence is seen when the voice roars "I see into your soul, Doctor. I see beauty, divinity and hatred," as the Doctor is exposed to rays that appear to X-Ray the doctor or electrocute him as the Daleks have been doing since their return.
Did the events of Doctor Who Season 7 Episode 15 and Doctor Who Season 7 Episode 16 reset the Whovian world, allowing for the return of even more classic enemies of the Doctor? Or, what about the return of the Time Lords?
