A couple recurring faces will pay a visit to Nashville this fall.
FIRST, Alexa Vega (pictured; Spy Kids, The Tomorrow People) will come on board multiple episodes as Kiley, Gunnar’s high school sweetheart who is now a single mother. She’ll arrive in town hoping to provide stability for her child.
And causing us to wonder if Gunnar played a certain key role in the creation of her son.
SECOND, Brette Taylor will portray Pam, Luke’s outgoing backup singer who has a complicated past and who becomes a muse for Deacon.
The actress plays Bruce Wayne's mother on the Gotham pilot and has also appeared on Rescue Me and Unforgettable.
Nashville Season 3 premieres on Wednesday, September 24 at 10/9c on ABC.
Chris Carmack gets a lot of credit, not just for taking on a role of closeted gay singer Will Lexington and portraying him with surprising depth, but for holding his own as a country singer. If you heard this on the radio, you'd download it!
Like "Ball & Chain," "Wrong Song" had to be a smash for the show to have any musical credibility. It was. The show's initial run of episodes all culminated in this Rayna-Juliet duet, and they delivered.
Rayna: I had to make a trade. Deacon: So you gave him us. You gave him what we had. What was private. What you had insisted for years was private. You just sold it to a magazine. Rayna: It was the last thing I wanted to do. Deacon: But you did, and I don't get it. And I don't know how you're living your life this way.
