Even though it looks like she's more comfortable and even has Geillis helping her, Claire still has escape on her mind in Outlander Season 1 Episode 3.
"The Way Out" is exactly what's on Claire's mind and she's thinking of ways to use her new facility and medical expertise to find it.
That doesn't seem to stop her from enjoying an evening with Jamie, though, and perhaps eve a ride?
