It looks as though NCIS Season 12 Episode 1 will get off to a rocky start, as key members of the NCIS team go missing overseas while on a mission.

That means that back in Washington D.C. it's all hands on deck, with Director Vance and Agents DiNozzo and Bishop using every inter-agency contact at their disposal to get them back. 

But even with everyone working together, will it be enough?
