Captain Holt's family is growing!
Nick Cannon will join the Brooklyn Nine-Nine cast in the recurring role of Marcus, Holt's nephew who is described as "handsome, educated and charming."
Cannon has been hosting America's Got Talent, but he's probably better known Mariah Carey's husband. Cannon recently revealed he's separated from the singer, so a new job will help occupy his time. Cannon will premiere some time in December.
Cannon joins a host of others who have already signed on to guest star on Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 2, including Craig Robinson, Patton Oswalt, Kyra Sedgwick and Eva Longoria.
