The Good Wife Snags Rachael Harris to Cause Trouble... For Whom?

at .  Updated at .

Peter Florrick is about to get an entertaining adversary.

Rachael Harris has been cast as a mayoral aid and she's intending to lock horns with Peter.

Harris should fit right in with all the legalese, since she recently played Sheila, the woman Louis Litt could not get out of his head, on Suits. She has also had roles on New Girl, Surviving Jack and Bad Judge.

There isn't any word on who will be playing the Mayor of Chicago at this time, but if they're sending Harris in their stead, let's hope she tickles Peter's funny bone a bit.

With so much of the material this season going focusing on Cary's legal woes, Diane joining the firm and Alicia's bid for State's Attorney, Peter has been back burner for most of The Good Wife Season 6. learning he'll be going head to head with the Mayor's office is good news; even better if it lightens the mood!
