On the opening installment, Lisa Vanderpump made a promise to take SUR restaurant to new heights.
Meanwhile, Scheana hosted a costume party for her own 30th birthday. However, Kristen then made an appearance, which prompted Ariana and Sandoval to accuse Scheana of being a fake friend. OUCH!
Elsewhere, James engaged in some reckless behavior, threatening his DJ career in the process, while Schwartz realized he's ready to commit to Katie.
