Not a single one of Prince Charles' generals had enough faith in their army to take on the Brits on their way to London.
That meant it was time to go back to Scotland.
But in a last minute re-route, Prince Charles left word they were to go to Inverness.
On their way, the Redcoats were tracking them and in hot pursuit. Claire used her status as an Englishwoman to save the day.
That wound up putting her in a rather surprising location – one of the homes belonging to the Duke of Sandringham.
Would he rat her out or did he have something else up his puffy sleeves?
