Grey's Anatomy Round Table: Are You Tired of the Teddy/Tom/Owen/Amelia/Link Love Circle?!

at .

Meredith told her children about DeLuca on Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Episode 22.

Elsewhere, Owen made a breakthrough during therapy, but how will that affect the relationship between Tom and Teddy and Teddy and Owen?

Join TV Fanatics Rachelle Lewis, Paul Dailly, and Jasmine Blu as they discuss the hour! Meredith finally told the kids about DeLuca and had the kid talk with him too. Thoughts?

Rachelle: It was cute the way she finally told them. Telling kids, a parent is dating someone new is a big deal, especially after one parent has died.

I liked how Meredith was stressing out all day because it shows she cares about DeLuca, but when the conversation with the kids happened, it was so light-hearted.

It played almost as though she was making too big of a deal regarding how to tell the kids about her new man.

Paul: It was about time, but Meredith was right not to rush into it. It wouldn't have been good for the kids to get to know DeLuca and for the relationship to come crashing down. Meredith wanted to ensure the relationship was going to last.

Jasmine: It was time for her to tell them. She and DeLuca are no longer casual, but she did the right thing taking her time. It was a cute scene. I loved Zola's lack of interest; she's such a little scene-stealer.

What did you think about Owen's therapy session? Do you think he made a breakthrough?

Rachelle: I thought it was OK. I am not sure he had a breakthrough because I am not sure he was really into going to therapy. I do hope he continues to go to therapy, there is more to this story, and I hope Grey’s doesn’t cure him in one episode.

Paul: I'm tired of Owen and Teddy. The therapy session is obviously trying to hit us in the feels, but it's difficult to care when you're no longer invested in the character. You know?

Jasmine: Honestly, same Paul. I wanted to feel more during the scene than I did, and it's terrible because of how well a performance McKidd was giving, but I don't care anymore.

Owen needs therapy for a plethora of reasons. He finally gets help, and it's still about Teddy and this love triangle. Seriously? Seriously?

Are you tired of this love circle with Owen, Amelia, Teddy, Tom, and Link? How do you think it'll end?

Rachelle: Yes, I am so tired of all of them, enough already. I hope they don’t get Teddy and Owen back together, despite Amelia insisting the two are destined to be together.

I feel like Amelia is pushing them together, and it is annoying. I like Tom with Teddy, and I like Amelia with Link. I think Owen needs to focus on himself and Leo.

Paul: YES. The only two in this scenario I care about are Amelia and Link. Let them get their happy ending. Tom needs to find someone else because he's going to waste years trying to get love from Teddy when she's in love with Owen.

Jasmine: Is water wet? I agree. I love Tom and Teddy together, and I love Amelia and Link, and Owen should stay single and raise Leo.

Odd Man Out Again

Jo has continued to spiral, and now she's threatening to leave Alex. Do you think she will?

Rachelle: I hope not, but I think it is headed in that direction. I don’t see her letting him in anytime soon, and if he keeps pushing her, she is going to leave. I can see him going to Pittsburgh despite her threat and it blowing up in his face.

Paul: No. She's venting at this stage. Alex is confused about the way his wife is acting, and I'm sure there's light at the end of the tunnel. He just needs to let her tell him in her own time.

Jasmine: I think she's tempted. It wouldn't surprise me if she took off for a little break, but I would hope they won't rehash that type of story again. Something needs to give though.

Happy Karevs - Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Episode 12

Are you surprised by Nico's fatal error and the way he treated Levi? Is this the end of Schmico?

Rachelle: I was not surprised by his error. I think anytime Bailey is talking up a resident, it means something bad is going to happen. Nico puts a lot of pressure on himself as well, and the pressure can get the best of a person.

I don’t think Nico should have treated Schmitt the way he did, but I am intrigued by what is next. I hope Schmitt doesn’t just take Nico back. He needs to stand up for himself.

Paul: Not surprised, no. He had a horrible day, and while that's no excuse for the way he treated Levi, they will find their way back together. It's only natural to take things out on the ones you love ... because you know they'll always be there for you, no matter what.

Jasmine: It did surprise me when he made such an egregious error it resulted in a death. No one is perfect, but it caught me off guard. I still don't think we know enough about Nico.

I have mixed feelings about him lashing out at Levi the way he did, and I'm assuming they'll be OK since Levi was purchasing flowers for Nico on Station 19 Season 2 Episode 14.

Going Strong - Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Episode 12

Jackson and Maggie may move in together. React.

Rachelle: They are in a good place, so it seems like the next logical step. I am not sure Maggie is going to be onboard to move in, which should make for an interesting story.

Paul: I don't care about this pairing. Grey's Anatomy is becoming too bogged down by the relationship drama of late. They may be in a good place, for now, but it's only a matter of time before some needless drama is thrown in to shake things up.

Jasmine: Oddly enough, I assumed they already were living together. They are in a great place and are one of the most stable relationships as of late, but I also wonder if Maggie may be hesitant to make such a big move.

Lighting the Fire

What was your favorite scene or quote from the episode?

Rachelle: My favorite was Alex yelling at Jo about showing up at work drunk. He spent the entire day worried she would leave him, but their fight got his backbone back. Alex doesn’t put up with crap or being treated like crap, so I was glad to see him call her out on her drinking and threaten to turn her in.

Paul: I'm going with the same scene as Rachelle. Alex has developed so much since Grey's Anatomy Season 1, and it's heartbreaking to watch him being put through this.

You have two uteri, but you're only pregnant in one.

Bailey

Jasmine: I laughed so hard at Bailey geeking out about the woman with two Uteri. It was hilarious when she called out for Meredith to look at the scans, and Meredith had to remind her she was a little bit busy delivering the freaking baby!
