Artie Nielsen is a somewhat mysterious character on Warehouse 13.

He lives in South Dakota because he's in charge of the storage facility, known as Warehouse 13, there. Nielsen explains the rules of the facility, along with its background, to agents Pete Lattimer and Myka Bering when the latter first arrive there.
