Charlie Hogan is Megan's best friend and luckily works as a waiter around Palm Beach. Though they kept in contact while Megan and Charlie kept in contact while she was in New York, they're quick to pick up where things left off. That is as Charlie being madly in love with Megan and without her returning that feeling. Personally we love Charlie and are rooting for him!
