Dwight Schrute (full name Dwight K. Schrute III) is the assistant to the regional manager, Michael Scott, as well as the top salesman for the Dunder Mifflin Paper Company in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
Dwight works hard but has little common sense or social tact, and is a difficult man to describe in a short bio. The best we can do is part nerd, part fascist. He cares deeply for Dunder Mifflin and for Michael, but does not seem to command any respect among his peers.
