Roy Anderson is a warehouse worker at the Scranton branch of Dunder Mifflin. He was engaged to receptionist Pam Beesly for three years and is a classic, blue-collar type. Their engagement ultimately broke off when he proved to be oblivious to her needs and ambitions, and his life went into a free-fall after that. His hot temper later killed a short-lived reconciliation between the two.
Roy: I'm glad she has a friend at work that she can get through the day with. That way she's not all, "blah blah blah" when she gets home.
Jim: Yeah, I like talking to her too.
Roy: Well, what is your type?
Jim: ... Moms, primarily. Yup. Soccer moms. Single moms. Nascar moms. Any type of mom really.
Kevin: Stay away from my mom...
