Toby Flenderson

Toby Flenderson is the former HR representative for the Scranton branch of Dunder Mifflin. He is soft-spoken and generally well-liked by his co-workers, but - for reasons fairly clear but never overtly stated - intensely hated by branch manager Michael Scott.

At the end of Season Four, Toby resigns, saying he is moving to Costa Rica. He had a huge crush on Pam Beesly for years but never told her.
