I agree with TamIAm. Blair would never let herself be caught dead with her hair so disheveled at a wedding, much less her own wedding, never mind the fact that it's a ROYAL wedding! I also am a bit underwhelmed with the dress. I mean, it's pretty, but I expected much more of a showstopper from Blair...
