Izzie struggles to get her interns to respect her sometimes. It's just the kind of person she is... she gets involved.

You knew we weren't going to pass that one up. Izzie does some research in order to save the life of a deer friend. Boy, this is just too easy.

They do their thing, as always! Mark, Izzie and Callie tend to a patient played by guest star Ben Vereen in an early Season Four episode of "Grey's Anatomy."

Is she serious? Well, maybe not. But Izzie Stevens (Emmy winner Katherine Heigl) sure is back in full force and looking forward to running the surgical show in Season Four of Grey's Anatomy.

Izzie has a new group of interns following her around. We will have to see how Dr. Stevens adjusts to being the one bossing peeps around instead of in the doghouse.

Izzie and Alex used to be an item, but now they're just good friends. It's nice to see for fans of both characters.

Rumor has it that Miranda Bailey is a little bit bitter and back to her bad-ass self in Season Four. Izzie Stevens could attest to this.
