it is a shame. because she looked gorgeous with end of s1, beggining of s2 hair!
now she looks like wanna be rocker!
but perez described it perfectly if u look under gossip girl and go down a few pages.

Taylor has such a pretty and fresh face, yet she has no style. What horrendous taste in clothes, makeup, and hair! It's a shame and a waste.

wow she's just so beautiful. She keeps on getting prettier day by day. Don't get me wrong, I love Blake, but Taylor is how I always pictured Serena to be!

Shes a pretty girl but im just not feeling that hair and that make up. In season 1 she was gorgeous.
