Those must be Serena's because they are in Serena's room, the walls are tan, the walls in Blair's room are blue (and have Marie Antoinette painted on them!!)

Serena and Blair are still living together right. cuz they way she's holding the box you think she's showing it to someone. and i dont know of a single guy in blairs life she may want to tell about and show. im thinking its serena's, from ben or dan, and blair lecturing her on what the hell did she do this time.
