Tony may have found his match with Sofia Martinez.  What's the future hold for them?

Tony & Bishop

Maybe he likes her because she reminds him of Ziva in some way. Come on Gary we are hardly a year away from the "year of Tiva." What do you expect?

This used to be my favourite show... after Ziva left... its just gone down the drain... and its so sad to see a show that used to be so good just go downhill. The storyline are just BAD and no mention of Ziva? So unbelievable. This is just like a soap opera.. such a shame, Ziva brought out the very best of each of the characters.. without her its just another macho cop show. And there is nothing else i hate then macho cop shows with empty boring story lines.

@ Scout

If I wanted to watch a procedural there are a lot of others with better plots and stories but there is only one Ziva. This is the reason I have decided to use my remote. There are other ways to use my hour.

I am glad I gave up this show because I would end up hating every single character. I still love all the characters but I knew they would be ruined once Ziva left because she brought out the best in all of them (also GG cannot write characters so I knew I would not like any new character). At this point the show is just doomed.

@ Maria

It's not EW's fault but Bishop is the worst character ever on this show with Jamie Lee Curtis being a close second. Even the name "Bishop" just bugs me. What were Harmon and GG ever thinking I'll never imagine. I can't believe what I am seeing this season. It's like a bad dream.

@ Guest

I expected her to be awful because GG is terrible at writing characters. He has been coasting off Bellisario's characters but I knew he would fail at writing his own team member.
My gut feeling is that GG and MH were so desperate to get NOLA going that they were willing to let CBS just walk over CdP in the negotiations. Imagine GG developing four characters at once now that is a nightmare in the making.

Oh, for the love of God. This was the very last straw. Tony moving on makes no sense. Bad enough NO ONE evens mentions Ziva's name, but now he has a LOVE INTEREST. DONE WITH THIS SHOW.

@ Milton Wedman

Yes the fact that no mention ever of Ziva is just ridiculous - I mean after 8 years, no one says anything? And where is the Tony from the first 2 episodes? Gone and never to return sadly. I'd love to see MW in a romantic movie role. He's just spinning his wheels now wasting his great talents on this sinking ship called the NCIS.

Why in God's name would Tony want to marry that woman? He just met her and talked to her for a few moments.
Who is coming up with these ideas? #TIVA was not a relationship according to Gary Glasberg although they kissed and he wanted to change his life for her.
This comment is not about wanting Ziva back although it would be great but that storyline is so unbelievable, if it wasn't my favorite show and Michael Weatherly my favorite actor I would suppose that this happens in a cheap soap opera!
How can someone ruin such a great show with such bad ideas!

Not sure what show I am watching but it's NOT NCIS. Stick a fork in it, it's done.

The fact that Tony and Ziva never actually dated is irrelevant. It has been clear for the past several seasons that they had very strong feelings for each other and that their status as coworkers/partners was too much for them to risk in a profession such as theirs. I get that, I enjoyed the tease and I had hoped when the show finally ended that they would come together. But it just seems very odd the way they've written this season. Tony seemed to be missing Ziva for such a short period of time, and they've not had any contact with each other. Last season Tony said that Ziva was his best friend. I find it very hard to believe that he would lose contact with her. The only way a "love interest" works would be if he dates but then realizes it's too soon for him to move on quite yet. Sadly, I don't think the writers care anymore about things that make sense ... as I am still confused about Parsa being after Ziva at the beginning of the season but apparently gave up on her ?????

@ Nan

Agreed, it's bizarre. It's like he had a lobotomy. I don't even recognize this guy, not in a good way.
The interaction with Silvia is forced. she is obviously going to be in that ridiculous love triangle that's coming up with Tony's dad. gross.

@ TullaT

I won't be watching that episode or any others. I gave it a chance and that's it. I have ZERO interest in Tony and his father wanting the same woman. That is disgusting. And I don't like Robert Wagner. He's such a geezer. I would swear the writers/producers or whoever are trying hard to lose viewers. Such a sad end to a once wonderful show.

Tony and Ziva kissed. They are in love. Ziva is not dead. In real life, nobody would move on when their soulmate, the love of their life, is still out there and could come back anytime. Come on CBS Tony would be so out of character if he dated other women again. But if you ignore us, just know that you'll go down and that the fandom will explode with anger towards you. You've been warned. Bring back Cote. NCIS needs her.

no comment really necassary. It show one more time that all confusing. If Cote de Pablo don't come back, it's the best for Michael Weatherly to leave the show.
This actually show ruin the actors.

I never saw Tony look so forced trying to flirt with a woman. When they give a woman "movie references" as a personality trait, you know she has no chemistry with Tony and they need to force it.

NCIS Quotes

Tony: One other question, I know you're an expert in English history. And I was just wondering, have you ever heard of Archibald Drummond, the 17th Earl of Trent?
Ducky: The Earl of Trent. No, I can't say I have. Why?
Tony: I was just wondering. Thanks.

McGee: All right. Well you should probably know that Abby and I used to date?
Bishop: Ew. Like, each other?
McGee: Yeah.
Bishop: Wait - isn't that a violation of rule 12, never date a....
McGee: It was a long time ago. After we'd broken up, one night I went to her lab. Found a scribbled piece paper; a list. Potential boyfriends had to fulfill certain conditions by a pre-arranged date or else, goodbye.
Bishop: Such as.
McGee: Things started off relatively normal: opening the door for her, flowers, putting the seat down. Then around number 8, it gets uh...
Bishop: What?
McGee: Does she know you have these?
Bishop: Does she know you have these?
McGee: Yeah she wasn't happy when she found out.
Bishop: These are all very specific.
McGee: Yeah.
Bishop: These ideas apply to you?
McGee: No those rules weren't in place when we were together. At least I don't think so.
Bishop: What's with the two month cutoff? Abby's sabotaging herself. I've seen stuff like this before. We have to talk to her.
