Skye: Hold on are you saying that I am an alien?
Coulson: It's a theory.
Skye: No a theory is what scientists use to prove things in nature. This is you telling me that I might be an alien. That is not something you just say like it's no big deal.
Coulson: I was trying not to rattle you.
Skye: Guess what? Epic fail.

Coulson: I don't know how else to explain it but it needs to be carved.
Skye: Does it just appear in your mind like some sort of vision?
Coulson: No, it just kinda happens. Which is really frustrating because no matter how much I carve it still means nothing to me. I don't even have a theory.
Skye: I do. It's a map.

Senator Ward: The American people are looking for a simple enemy Mr. Coulson. It's what makes them feel safe.
Coulson: And how do you think they'd feel if they knew your brother was HYDRA? That's an awfully complicated idea to grasp. Especially in an election year.
Senator Ward: Are you threatening me Mr. Coulson?
Coulson: No, I'm telling you I have your brother in my basement.

May gave specific instructions, you go on a date with a crazy wall I have to chaperone.

Skye

Skye: You two don't have a single thing in common unless you have some Enya albums you've been hiding.
Coulson: No, nothing in common at all.
Skye: I take that back.

Simmons: She had GH.325 in her blood.
Coulson: A T.A.H.I.T.I. patient?
Simmons: Whoever killed her also had GH.325 in their blood.

I was put in charge of the T.A.H.I.T.I. project so those people are my responsibility. If going back in this machine saves even one life, then it's worth the risk.

Coulson: We may actually have a shot at finding the city.
Skye: Are you sure it's something you want to dig up?
Coulson: If we don't, HYDRA will. We need to get there first.

Tripp: Isn't that in the Bermuda Triangle? 'Cause that would explain a lot.
Coulson: Actually, it doesn't have anything to do with the triangle. We solved that back in the 80's.
Tripp: Ah Atlantis?
Coulson: Try Puerto Rico.
Skye: These white markers represent vertical airshafts that are close to the surface. Possible entry points for the city but most of them are under the ocean floor.
Coulson: Except for one, here, in Old San Juan where we'll enter the underground city. A survey team will test the tunnels structural integrity then locate the temple.
Simmons: And then what sir?
Coulson: We blow the hell out of it.

I'm not saying this is a good plan, but after all the carving and searching and obsessing; I'm pretty damn curious to see what all the fuss is about.

Skye: I keep thinking Trip is going to come see me. Make fun of me for being stuck in quarantine. Call me a goldfish or hamster or something. And every time I wake up, I remember all over again. I just can't believe he's not coming back. He should not have been down there.
Coulson: You both went in for a good reason. To prevent Hydra from starting a cataclysm.
Skye: He was trying to save me.
Couslon: He may have saved all of us. The Obelisk triggered a massive earthquake. Imagine how much worse it could have been if he hadn't destroyed it? He died a hero.

Hill: For that you will have to ask Agent Coulson.
Ward: I'm clearance level 6, I know that Coulson died before the battle of New York,
Coulson: [steps out of shadow] Welcome to level 7. Sorry, that corner was really dark, I couldn't help myself. I think there's a bulb out.

Yo-Yo: Says the space mime!

Sousa: Hey, what are you doing up?
Daisy: Why do you care?
Sousa: Because you don't.
