GEORGE: "Why didn't I take the internship in San Diego? None of this would be happening if I was in San Diego."

CRISTINA: [after realizing patient is the one who shot Preston] "That guy shot you. Move."
NURSE: "He's a lost cause."
CRISTINA: "Move!"
NURSE: "He's circling the drain."
CRISTINA: "You shouldn't get to kill yourself, you do not get off that easily. [to nurse] Push hard dose epi!"
NURSE: "Dr. Yang-"
CRISTINA: "What? I want to be able to tell his family I did everything I could to save his pathetic, miserable life. Give him three of epi. Now."
IZZIE: [trembling] "I told a lie. To Dr. Burke."

CRISTINA: [watching Preston & Derek throw darts] "He's picturing my face. He is totally picturing that dart puncturing my skull. Wooo, look at that."

IZZIE: "Last month I fell asleep in a parking lot, on a bench. I literally couldn't even make it to the car."
MEREDITH: "I fell asleep in a restaurant, at a table while I was on a date."
CRISTINA: "I fell asleep during sex."
GEORGE: [enters room, looks at Izzie] "Calli is looking for you... you could have told her you were busy-"

CRISTINA: [to Meredith] "Don't worry about Bambi. If Burke can forgive me for falling asleep during sex, Bambi can forgive you for crying."

CRISTINA: "People! What's with all the evil misery, huh? Live and let live."
GEORGE: [pause] "You're cheerful."
IZZIE: "You are. How is that possible?"
CRISTINA: "I scrubbed in on a four-hour esophageal surgery last night, then I got laid. And now, three ambulances are coming in full of bloody, broken car crash victims, all who need to be cut open. So I'm cheery, I'm cheery, I am so cheery! Cheery! I'm cheerful!"
PRESTON: "I wasn't like you. I wasn't the most talented student in school. I wasn't the brightest. But I was the best."
CRISTINA: "You practiced."

MEREDITH [jogging with Cristina] "This is supposed to make us feel better."
CRISTINA: "Do you feel better?"
