Cristina: I... I can't get back on Bailey's service. I mean, she's still not even looking at me.
Owen: Cristina, give it time. I mean, you know, she was closer to O'Malley and she has more...
Cristina: Yeah, I know but she's... it's not even about O'Malley. She's mad at me about Ceviche.
Owen: (laughing) You've gotta stop that.
Dr Wyatt: Ceviche?
Cristina: It's a patient.
Owen: Ah, a boating accident victim. She thinks that it's ok to call her a seafood dish. Is that ok?
Dr Wyatt: Well, it's pretty dark.
Cristina: Oh come on. I'm dark? I'm not the one going around choking people in their sleep.

Will you come with me?

Owen: So ah, I had a good session with my shrink this morning.
Cristina: Did you talk to her about your Mom? I mean, have you seen your Mom yet? 'Cause she lives, you know, a few miles away and she thinks your still in Iraq.
Owen: I'm planning to see her.
Cristina: When?

Patient: Dana, is she ok?
Cristina: The paramedics haven't brought her in yet, but as soon as they do I'll let you know. Do you have any ah, family we can contact?
Patient: They're not here. Dana and I were supposed to fly there tomorrow. It's D-Day.
Cristina: it's what?
Patient: It's what Dana calls it. My parents don't have the money to let me stay, i have to go back. We both knew D-Day was coming. I tried to break up with her to make it easier. I switched classes every semester so that we didn't have any together. But, it didn't matter. I couldn't stay away. When you love someone, you know, love is love. It doesn't matter that you're not supposed to be together.
Owen: (walks in) How's he doing?
Cristina: Ah, he's starting to stabilize.
Owen: Good. Looks like he's ready for CT.
Patient: I think, maybe she got out in time. Maybe she's not hurt that bad. Because, when I turned around she wasn't there. She was not there anymore (crying).

Cristina: I played hide and seek today. I didn't go to surgery because some 9 year old miraculously peed without blood. Ok, I can't do this anymore.
Owen: Then don't. Tell Dr. Robbins you don't think peds is your thing. What is the big deal?
Cristina: The big deal is that the Chief is in there right now making a list.
Owen: You don't know that.
Cristina: Yeah, a list of who stays and who goes. I can't be on that goes list.

I planned the whole evening, last night. A real date. It was a clear night, one of the five Seattle gets all year. I was going to take you to the West Point Lighthouse and we were going to watch the Northern Lights together. I'd like another chance. I want you to give me another chance.

Owen: I don't feel anything
Dr. Wyatt: Nothing? No anger? Happiness? Unhappiness? Guilt? Survivors guilt? You know it's very common with veterans.
Owen: It's not about my platoon.
Dr. Wyatt: You have shoved your feelings aside for so long. I'm asking you to claim them. And Owen, this is about your platoon.
Owen: It's about the fact that I tried to choke my girlfriend to death. What? Are you saying the way I feel about my platoon and the way I feel about what happened with Cristina are the same? They're not the same.
Dr. Wyatt: Well, how will you know if you can't name those feelings?
Owen: It's not what it's... It's...I don't know.

I've seen a lot of trauma, but never anything like this.

Meredith: There you are. What happened to you?
Cristina: I tripped and fell. It's fine.
Owen: No, it's not!
Cristina: It's nothing. It was an accident. What's wrong with you?
Meredith: Ah, Derek won't get off the couch.
Cristina: SO the weaker sex!

Derek: You're gonna have a hard time saving that arm.
Mark: I can get it back to full function if I can get there in time. I'm thinking about buying a house.
Derek: Good for you. Meredith and I are gonna go to city hall this afternoon. (smiles) We're getting married.
Mark: Really?
Derek: Mmmm.
Mark: That's great news.
Derek: I know, and if I could just save Stevens...
Mark: And you're allowed to be happy. You're allowed to get married. You've earned that right. Congratulations you lucky bastard. Come here. Give me a hug. (they hug)
Meredith: Why is everyone hugging today?
Mark: Ah, the blushing bride. (Mer smiles)
Owen: Alright, here's the plan for our john doe. Shepherd, you evacuate the epidural. Grey and I'll correct the internal injuries, so that'll make room for Torres to place the internal fixator. Sloan, you should have enough time to work on the arm if the patient doesn't get too acidotic or hypothermic.
Meredith: Do you think he has a shot?
Owen: I've seen people come back from worse.

Owen: We should operate and then you can kill yourself.
Mark: Oh God.

Mrs. O'Malley, I didn't know him like you knew him. I didn't know him long. But, he had tremendous potential as a trauma surgeon. He was very fast on his feet. He could think and act simultaneously under intense pressure. He had tremendous potential. And, you know, he was impatient. He wanted to become better, faster. He wanted to save more lives. He was good. And he was thoughtful and generous. I think in the end, I think he was heroic and noble. And I liked him very much. And I think he gave you a good read to be very very proud.
