Abigail: Her career is effectively over, along with anyone else who is on the naughty list.
Frank: This isn't Santa. Let's call it what it is: a blacklist.

Frank: Someone please tell me how this predator is going to go free.
Garett: They have a naughty list. The DA has a list of officers which might be a credibility risk.
Frank: I thought it was my job to evaluate the fitness of my officers.

Eddie: I told Sergeant McNichols we should set up a decoy operation with me as the driver.
Jamie: Any of the victims women?
Eddie: I don't know. Why?
Jamie: Generally we want the decoy to resemble the victims.

Maggie: I have no ulterior motive except to catch the person who murdered Emily Miller.
Baez: Why are you doing this? You're not a cop.
Maggie: I had a daughter who was murdered when she was in college. It took me a long time to get over it, and the way I did was by giving back.

Jamie: Hold on.
Eddie: Now what?
Jamie: This is when we stop jabbing at each other and start counting our blessings.

Anthony: What does she want?
Erin: Absolution, I think.

There's only one thing for sure when Lenny Ross shows up, and that is that nothing is for sure.

Garett

Frank: This isn't her first brush with the law, is it?
Lenny: About six months ago there was talk of her skimming the tills. I gave her a second chance.
Frank: And a third and a fourth.
Lenny: Hey!
Frank: You have to teach them that life doesn't come with safety nets included.

Anthony: And who the hell is she?
Erin: High priced defense attorney for guilty clients.
Defense Attorney: I see you still haven't changed. You're still a cold hearted bitch.

Lenny: I gave her a courtesy card just in case.
Frank: In case she got picked up with narcotics?
Lenny: She was just holding them for a friend.
Frank: Oh.
Lenny: She's a good kid.
Frank: Says every father ever. A courtesy card lets nobody's kid skate on a felony. Not even mine.

Priest: Are you ready?
Jamie: Yes.
Priest: Are you absolutely sure?
Jamie: Why are you asking?
Priest: Because I have only lost three marriages to divorce and I don't want any more dents in my record.

Maria: Danny's having doubts.
Erin: Doubts? Why?
Maria: Because when we arrested her she swore up and down she's not guilty.
Erin: Don't they all?
Maria: That's what I said.
Erin: What am I missing here? What's different about this one?
Danny: I believed her, that's what.
