Criminal-minds

Garcia: He's a real estate lawyer who ran for city council last year and lost. And he's rich - as in if money were dirt, he's filthy. He quadrupled his net worth in the last ten years, mostly from real estate.
Dr. Reid: So he managed to thrive despite the recent economic downturn?
Agent Morgan: What do you mean by mostly?
Garcia: He is on the board of several shadow financial institutions. Hedge funds, pension funds, boy he likes to shuffle his money around. I even found some offshore accounts.
Agent Prentiss: You only do that if you're trying to hide it.

Agent Hotchner: Groups like the Aryan Nation believe that race war is not only inevitable but necessary.
Agent Prentiss: Our UnSub may be a member of one of these groups. Aryan gangs have a strong presence in prisons so he may be an ex-Con or even possibly related to a convict.
Agent Rossi: He may also be some kind of zealot. He believes his war is already being fought and these murders are a mission to him.
JJ: And like a soldier, he's willing to put himself in harm's way.

Dr. Reid: This wasn't a burglary at all, there's a higher purpose. They're staging the crime scene so that they can send some kind of message.
Agent Morgan: This guy's trying to make it look like black guys from the 'hood are killing white families in white neighborhoods.
Agent Prentiss: Pretty powerful message.

Agent Morgan: Nothing about that house says rob me. Beat up eight-year old minivan in the driveway, there's nothing fancy inside to get.
Agent Rossi: Violent hardcore burglars don't pick random targets, so why these homes? These people, they're terrified. Half of them are moving, the other half are joining neighborhood watch.
Morgan: Well can you blame them?
Rossi: This whole community's going to be on edge until we catch these guys.

Agent Morgan: I am never making you angry again. I mean who knew the Pennsylvania Petite could give such an ass whooping?
JJ: Well I'm just glad my hand-to-hand coach could work his schedule around my State Dept. duties.
Morgan: My pleasure, I'm just grateful it all paid off. You were great out there, I'm proud of you. Now why don't you get your little butt home. I'm sure Will's worried about you.
JJ: Yeah well we did have dinner reservations but (gestures to face) I'm thinking we'll do takeout instead.

Dr. Reid: The UnSub couldn't have known his victims more than a few hours. He's convincing total strangers to let him buy their drinks?
Agent Rossi: In my experience people don't question an open bar. They just give thanks and order another round.
Reid: Unless he's finding his targets on the streets and then inviting them to his house for a private party.
Rossi: But how does he figure out that they match his victimology. In order for him to do that, he'd have to spend time with them, listen to their troubles...
Reid: What are you thinking?
Rossi: Who can you pour your problems to over drinks even though you've never met them before.
Reid: The same person who can make sure you don't run a paper trail.

Garcia: The ME report came back, and none of the victims were sexually assaulted...aside from that unfortunate appendage removal thing.
Agent Rossi: Any luck on the paper trails?
Garcia: Sean Taylor used his credit card at a gym near the convention center. JJ and Reid are on their way there now.
Agent Morgan: Alright see if you can hack their cell phones too. Maybe they were meeting up with someone the night they disappeared.
Garcia: Yes, I know you like me one step ahead, so there were no calls around the time of disappearance, and the rest is going to take a little longer for me to crack.
Morgan: Thank you, crazy.
Garcia: Anytime. Fantasy Fatale bids you good day!

Agent Prentiss: He's castrating his victims post mortem, so torture isn't his game.
Agent Morgan: A shot to the head is efficient, I don't think he wants his victims to suffer.
Agent Hotchner: A quick kill isn't personal, and it lacks the thrill on which a lot of UnSubs thrive.
Morgan: But the castration is very personal. He probably knew his victims.
JJ: Or he could be impotent. The UnSub feels emasculated so he wants this victims to feel the same way.

Agent Rossi: You know, race day is almost here. You'll need a new excuse to see her.
Agent Hotchner: It's been handled.
Rossi: Attaboy. When?
Hotch: Friday.
Rossi: Come hell or high water, Aaron, I will get us back by Friday.
