Agent Koenig is at an arcade with another Agent Koenig when two Russian men show up looking for him. One of the Koenigs is captured. Coulson reveals to the S.H.I.E.L.D. team that he gave Koenig the Darkhold.

Fitz asks LMD Radcliffe where the real Radcliffe is. The kidnapped Koenig is taken to a room where Radcliffe is also tied up. 

The other Koenig shows up on the quinjet to report to Coulson, May and Daisy. Radcliffe stops the captain of the submarine they are on from cutting out Koenig's eye and offers to get inside Koenig's head. 

Fitz demands to know who programmed LMD Radcliffe. Daisy runs facial recognition on Koenig's kidnappers.

Radcliffe hooks the kidnapped Koenig up to a machine that will allow him to look around in his mind for the location of the Darkhold.

The S.H.I.E.L.D. team realizes the Russian kidnappers are connected to Director Mace's Russian assassin, and they are all tied to the Russian prime minister, who hates Inhumans.

LMD Radcliffe tells Fitz he knows his father, and says he can prove it. Aida assists Radcliffe with mapping Koenig's mind. Koenig is taken to the brig as Radcliffe puts on a headset containing Koenig's memories.

Koenig tells Coulson that he had the Darkhold, not the kidnapped Koenig, but he gave it to L.T., the first Koenig. 

Simmons tells Mack that Fitz's father has been M.I.A. since he was ten years old. LMD May comes close to kissing Coulson. The team tracks down another Koenig, accompanied by his sister, L.T.

L.T. reveals that the Darkhold is in a top-secret S.H.I.E.L.D. vault, the location of which is known only to the Koenigs. 

Radcliffe figures out the location of the vault through the kidnapped Koenig's memories, but the captain wants to torture Koenig to make sure the information is correct. Aida stops him, revealing that she is an android.

Fitz opens LMD Radcliffe's head to reveal that he has some form of brain, made by Aida from quantum energy after she read the Darkhold. Simmons realizes that May has a brain like that too. 

LMD May and Coulson kiss. Then, LMD May pulls a gun on him. Coulson realizes May is an LMD, and Daisy shows up just in time to save him. 

The Russians show up with the kidnapped Koenig and demand the Darkhold. In the gunfight that ensues, LMD May manages to trick Koenig into giving her the Darkhold. Radcliffe takes the Darkhold from her and leaves her.

Coulson vows to track down the Russians. The team destroy LMD Radcliffe but keep LMD May; the real May is still missing. 

The captain tells Radcliffe that in addition to destroying the Inhumans, he also wants to destroy Coulson.
