All My Children Recap: 11/9/07
Part I: Erica staunchly denies the allegations, but Joe says he knows she conspired with Adam to pull a stunt on her unwitting stepdaughter. Ryan (Cameron Mathison) suspects that Aidan is up to something. In court, Jackson (Walt Willey) implores his daughter one last time not to plead guilty. Richie's doctor advises him to get his affairs in order.
Part II: Unwilling to send the wrong signals once again, Babe gently turns down JR's (Jacob Young) invitation to join him and little Adam for an outing to the movies. Meanwhile, Krystal (Bobbie Eakes) shakily informs Adam she wants him to leave her alone from now on. Greenlee (Sabine Singh) glares daggers at both Kendall and Zach as the prosecutor lays out his case in front of the judge.
Part III: When Adam refuses to back down, Krystal serves her estranged husband with a restraining order. Eager to spend more time with Richie, Lily suggests they get together to talk about math and logic. Joe warns Erica that her manipulations will come back to haunt her in the end. Given an opportunity to speak in her own defense, Greenlee launches into a bitter, bizarre confession instead.
Part IV: JR turns back to the bottle. Adam rips up the restraining order and declares his love to Krystal. A frazzled Kendall (Alicia Minshew) decides to come clean to prevent Greenlee from going to prison but both Zach and Erica urge her to keep mum. Richie agrees to meet Lily at BJ's for coffee. As the courthouse suddenly fills with smoke which sets off the sprinkler system and causes chaos, Ryan spots Aidan (Aiden Turner) fleeing with Greenlee but elects to say nothing.
