PART ONE: Erica waits for word on her daughter's hearing. Meanwhile, Annie tells Babe (Amanda Baker) she fears for Kendall's future. Aidan attempts to dissuade Greenlee from going to the courthouse but she insists on supporting her friend in her hour of need. Jackson explains to Kendall how pleading extreme emotional duress could keep her out of prison. Zach and Ryan (Cameron Mathison) urge her to accept Jack's strategy...

PART TWO: Reminding his patient how badly her immune system is hurt, Joe warns Greenlee that she must go straight home and stay on bed rest. Adam apologizes to JR for withholding the evidence which would have provided him with an alibi. Richie fantasizes about framing his sister. Facing a slew of charges, Kendall (Alicia Minshew) overrules her attorney and makes a full confession in front of the judge.

PART THREE: Greenlee forces Aidan to bring her to the hearing, where she takes the stand to speak on Kendall's behalf. Tad pushes Krystal (Bobbie Eakes) to admit that Adam still has a hold on her. Moved by Greenlee, the judge sentences Kendall to 5 years probation and 500 hours of community service. Richie's plan goes awry when Annie shows up at the psych ward with Babe in tow.
