Rigorous torture sessions. Oliver Queen is alive only in the past. It would be frightening if he hadn't already been through the island. But he has.

Diggle is kidnapped and they're told he's tried to break Al Sah-Him out of or off of Nanda Parbat. 

Al demands Diggle get a sword and then we know it's not really Diggle but some poor bastard who's been sent to look like him.  Al has been drugged. 

Flashback. The vial is lost. They're inoculated but others are collapsing in the streets.

Damien Dark is mentioned by Ra's al Ghul. His old buddy and the other heir to the demon. Ra's is starting to age.

Nyssa is training Laurel in the streets and then Laurel decides she's hungry. They go to dinner for fries and milkshakes. Laurel likes seeing Nyssa normal and Nyssa laughs while dipping her fries into her milkshake.

Laurel reveals that Oliver accepts Ra's' offer and is in Nanda Parbat.

Diggle, Felicity, Lyla and Willa are having dinner. He was out on the streets. 

Nyssa storms over to the new lair (which had no introduction) and shares what she knows about League brainwashing. Felicity is upset. Nyssa leaves. Diggle and Felicity don't buy into saving her, but Laurel is adamant. She saved Sara. Since Nyssa knows where Oliver is, they'll help. They head out to find Nyssa. Laurel doesn't want Diggle to help fight him because of how much he loves him.

Willa shows up in the new lair and it's explained. Ray's out of town. She wants to help. What she cannot do is be "handled" right now. So Felicity lets her know Oliver might be back in town right now. 

Al shows up to take Nyssa back to Nanda Parbat to face justice. She wants to die on the same ground as Sara. Laurel shows up and uses her Canary Cry. It's right at we see it for the first time against Al.

Felicity is upset. She and Diggle talk about Diggle turning. I wonder how it happened in three weeks.

Al meets with Sarab, who is hanging around the mobile fire pits. Al wants to draw Nyssa out since she has friends.

Thea, meanwhile, asks Malcolm for his help. He calls her a warrior and assures her her brother wouldn't want her fighting for him.

Lyla is missing and Sara is alone. Al calls Diggle. He has Lyla tied up with the fire pits. She's warm and cozy.

For some reason, Diggle half strangles Nyssa and blames her for what Al did. Laurel tries to find another way. She doesn't believe it's the only way. She thinks if Diggle does it, it will mean two men lose their souls.

Lyla talks to Al about Diggle and his brother. Al tries to make her shut up. Then it's time and he disappears into a flashback. 

For some reason, Felicity, the Black Canary, Diggle and Nyssa show up. Felicity wearing red. She plays the whiner card and when Al says "bind her," I think he should be binding Felicity when he didn't even allow Sarab to search her. 

So Felicity has two guns and Lyla shoots people. I saw her sweater in a heap on the ground and also blood on the sword as Nyssa was dragged away. Thea shows up wearing black garb and arrows her brother in the arm. Cool.

Ra's wanted something stuck inside Nyssa's sword. He asks Al to kill her and Al raises his sword only to be stopped. Her blood can be put to better use. They shall marry.

Felicity and Thea commiserate and Felicity shows her a letter confirming Roy's alive. Felicity can go start a new life with him if she wants.

Ra's shows Al what Nyssa has been fighting with in her sword. The alpha/omega bio weapon. Oliver is going to get married and then unleash it on Starling City.
