... Brad is guilt-ridden when Katie explains that she gave Jack a chance to choose her over Carly and he chose Carly. He reminds her that it's Carly who drove her away from Jack and then warns her to stop when she points out how great Brad has been during all of this...

... Carly's ploy to get Jack to suddenly agree to marry her fails. Sage overhears them arguing about Carly putting Jack's suitcase in her bedroom and mistakenly thinks that they're getting married. Jack straightens her out and is shocked when the girl claims she hoped they would marry so her mother wouldn't be sick anymore...

... Brad interrupts and warns Jack that if he marries Carly, he'll be doing it under false pretenses. Before he can explain, Carly interrupts so Jack takes the kids out to trick or treat. Brad pleads with Carly to tell Jack the truth but she refuses. Meanwhile, Kim advises Katie that she thinks she'll use Brad and then dump him ...

... Katie (Terri Colombino) brings the wedding album over to Carly's house and spies her dancing and drinking. Gwen lays into Ann the adoption agency rep after she claims no agency will allow them to adopt due to Will's record. When Barbara is shocked by the news, Gwen tears into her next for the pain she's caused...

... Later, Gwen insists on attending Rosanna and Paul's wedding. Pouring one drink after another, Aaron (Agim Kaba) gets Iris talking about what she did to Sophie and learns she paid Sophie to leave town because she thought the baby might not be Cole's. When Sophie calls from Chicago, Aaron offers to come visit but she turns him down. Barbara runs into Iris and lets her know that Gwen lost the baby and can't adopt...

... A tipsy Iris quickly figures out that they can't adopt because of Will and vows to go see her daughter. Iris runs into Cole who has a scheme to earn some money...
