Recap

-Jamie is called to a park for a man waving a gun. Gavin Bryant points his gun into the crowd and Jamie shoots and kills him. It looks like the man wanted to commit suicide but there's no proof.

-Jamie is agitated. He questions whether he should be a cop and resists seeing the mandated therapist.  He even goes to visit the victims wife but only makes things worse.

-Danny agrees to help him find out what happened. He tracks down Tyler, Gavin's former college roommate who he fought with two weeks prior.

-Turns out that in college, Gavin and Tyler were high and killed a girl in a hit and run. Tyler wanted to go to the police but Gavin would rather commit suicide than go to prison. He left a suicide note with Tyler.

-The mayor is reluctant to take the stand when Erin prosecutes a former employee of his for stealing campaign funds. The defense tries to claim the money was a payoff.

-The defense comes back and takes a deal. Erin believes the mayor cut a backroom deal of his own when he starts scratching his head, something her father told her is the mayor's tell that he's bluffing in poker.
