Hodgins finds himself to be a murder suspect (for the third time so far in the series) and realizes the evidence is stacked against him.The victim turns out to be the rival he ran into earlier, who had stolen one of his ideas years ago.

Wendell is worried about his cancer since a friend in his clinical trial died earlier that week, but Booth encourages him to keep fighting.
