The episode opened with Anson telling Michael he needed a virus program that only a hacker name Oswald could provide. Michael was also up higher security clearance with the CIA, but still off the books.
Michael and Fiona kidnapped Oswald and found that the software he was making was for a drug lord named Xavier. Michael and Fiona used Xavier to retrieve the software from the FBI and made a copy of it before Xavier was caught by RFID tags that were airborne in the vault he took the program from.
Michael’s clearance came through, and he went to see Anson to give him the program for the info he has on Fiona. Anson let him know that the program wasn’t the only thing he wanted before he would give up his hold on him and Fiona.
