Will and Grace tell Marcel he was not responsible for Richard's death. Will shows Marcel the scans. Apparently 2.0 was trying to please Marcel. It didn't have the proper data so it made something up.

Charles sees Lilianna while talking to Sharon but says she is busy. He tells Sharon what happened. He says he doesn't know why he didn't ask her before.

Sean is in the hospital. He fell off the wagon and OD'd on alcohol and benzos. Hannah tells Archer that Sean will be okay. Archer is surprisingly gentle with his son.

A husband and wife are airlfited to the hospital after a car accident. Maggie knows the EMT.

Tanaka-Reid says the woman doesn't have anything serious going on. Mrs. Anderson tells Will she's not in pain. She says her husband tried to kill them.

Marcel tries to tell Jack, who says he shouldn't beat himself up and won't listen about 2.0. Marcel tell s him what happened and says he'll figure out what to do and thanks him.

Will calls Charles in. Johnson, the EMT guy, says he knows the couple and it wouldn't happen.

Janice says Fred grabbed the wheel and turned them off the road. It was out of the blue. They had a happy marriage. However Fred has seemed off lately. He seemed depressed but always said he was fine. Charles says he will get to the bottom of it.

Archer has a headache when Asher comes in. No other drugs in his system. Archer says he never should have let Sean give him a kidney. Asher tries to tell him relapses are hard to predict. Archer doesn't want Sean to give him his kidney. Asher says that will make things worse. A nurse interrupts. Archer is wanted in Treatment 6.

A woman has abdominal pain in Treatment 6. Vitals normal, no fever. Archer says he will do an ultrasound. He takes a bag of peanuts away from her. She says she gives them to the squirrels. The woman says she has been constipated. Archer orders a CT scan.

Fred is finally awake. He wants to know if Janice is all right. He can't explain what happened. He felt like he wasn't in the control. His hand grabbed the wheel and he couldn't stop it.

Charles wants to look at the CT scans before he decides what to do with Fred.

Marcel finds out Jack has not canceled his surgery. He insists there's no risk. He doesn't want to look ridiculous and says he doesn't want to sow seeds of doubt. Marcel says he won't do the surgery. He promises he will sideline the platform after the IPO launch if Crockett will do the surgery.

Marcel decides to do the surgery so that a n ovice won't kill Jack if the machine messes up.

Sean tells Archer that he is going to donate the kidney and he wants to be honest. The reason he fell off the wagon is because he saw them together when he has feelings for Asher. They try to tell him that they are not into each other. He feels st upid but at least he's a donor match. Archer tells him to go hang out and he'll take him home when he gets off work.

Will tries to tell Sharon she has to stop the surgery.  Sharon says no judge will think t his is a life-threatening procedure. Dayton owns the hospital so she has no authority to stop it.

Johnson says there are deputies here. Dr. Charles shows him the CT scan and there is atrophy and so on. Have the deputies hold off.

Charles tells Fred he had a stroke a while ago. Fred recalls bad headaches right before Easter and feels weaks at time and frogets things but he thinks it was age. Charles says he has a rare neurological condition caused by a stroke -- Alien Hand Syndrome. CHarles says there are treatment options. He wants to bring Janice into the conversation.

Marcel starts the procedure and explains it to the people watching.

Janice is sad to hear the news. She asks what they can do. There is therapy and meds available. Janice says she has to make a call. She leaves and Fred is sure she's having an affair. What if he grabbed the wheel because subconsciously he did want to kill her? Charles tells him this is all neurology.

Maggie's patient is getting worse and the ambulance to the hospital that will take her insurance isn't here yet. She's in terrible pain and Maggie says she is not going anywhere.  She gets Archer who says they need to operate NOW and he is not waiting.

During surgery, 2.0 suddenly insists there is bowel perforation when there is not. Marcel shows the audience that 2.0 os incorrect and orders it shut down.

Arhcer asks Asher to spot him as he is feeling wobbly. He can't ask a surgical resident as he would get fired.

Doris watches from outside and looks suspicious.

Archer needs to sit down for a second and asks Asher to take over.

Charles asks if Janice is okay. She says she spoke to her doctor. She had a biopsy and just found out it was negative. She never told Fred because he was struggling with something. Charles suggests she tell Fred ASAP.

Sarah awakens and seems to be okay.

Will tells Sharon he messed with the data to prove his point. Sharon is sure Grace had something to do with it. Will gives her a letter of resignation in case Dayton looks for a culprit. Sharon says she has to accept his resignation even though she doesn't want to. She can't give him a reference and Jack is vindictive.

Grace is pissed that Will is taking all the blame.  Marcel is angry tat Will didn't tell him. Now 2.0 can't be used at all. Will tells him to fix 2.0.

Jack is upset because his IPO is dead. Sharon says it just needs more time. Jack says he is ruined as he put all his eggs in that basket. He will survive but he doesn't know about them. He will have to sell the hospital.

Liliana finds Charles writing her a letter. She asks to read it and sees he has only written her name so far. She says the problem is people noticing he's a doctor and she's just a janitor. Charles says she sounds like her brother and he does not see her as a charity case. If anything he thinks he's not worthy of her. She apologizes. It's hard for her to depend on anyone even if she loves them. Her brother shows up and says let's go.

Archer is septic. He tries to change the subject to Will. Asher says he keeps getting infections and needs a new type of dialysis. Sean shows up and wants to do the transplant but Hannah has to tell him that he can't because he's not six months sober. Archer says he will do the hemopdialysis and in six months they can do the transplant.

Maggie tells Will he can't go. He says he has to. He says he's sorry he has to say goodbye to everyone. They are his family and he will miss them.

Will goes to Seattle, where he meets Natalie and Owen!
