Annie went on a mission in Germany, but after getting outdone by her mark's wife, she needs to call Arthur in to help. The wife is a former asset and love interest of Arthur, so he makes his way across the pond to Germany.
Joan gets jealous that Arthur is working with his former romantic partner, but he assures her nothing is going on. After being caught by Elsa's husband, Arthur and Annie are to leave Germany. They of course disobey and take him out in a car chase in order to save Elsa.
Meanwhile, Auggie makes his way to his former special forces buddy Billy's memorial. He meets Billy's younger sister Parker, and they hit it off. At first they don't think it would be a good idea to get together but they end up hooking up.
