-Annie tracks down Teo in order to use him to get information about Henry and the ALC member they captured. Teo wants nothing to do with Arthur, but agrees to help Annie. He even tells Joan he'll consider working for her. Annie gets the prisoner out of custody and puts Teo in the transfer vehicle with his ALC comrade. When Teo asks if he was working with an American, the ALC terrorist reveals that Henry provided the funding for their bombings.

- Calder figures out that Annie was in Vienna with Teo and wants to start an investigation. Joan stops him and transfers Annie out of the DPD and at least temporarily under her purview. Calder finds out where the prisoner is being held and shows up just as Annie was leaving. He arrives at the crash site to find the prisoner dead. Annie and Teo both escape. Calder realizes he has control of domestic investigations and sweeps Annie's house and then shows up at Auggie's place. He finds Seth's USB drive and brings Auggie in for questioning.
