Larry has a run in with Michael J. Fox at a restaurant, but LD can't tell if Fox was mad at him or not because his head shaking could have been due to his Parkinson's. When Larry goes to his apartment later, to make amends, Fox hands him a shaken up soda that spills all over LD. Fox claims it was again the Parkinson's, but Larry's not so sure.

Meanwhile, Larry gives his new girlfriend's son a sewing machine for his birthday. The boy noted that he loves Project Runway, and acted extremely flamboyant, so Larry thought it was a good idea. Susie and LD's girlfriend don't approve, so he replaces it with a violin. It's too late though, as the child sews Susie a pillow sham with a swastika on it, because Larry was doodling one on a magazine earlier.

Larry finally makes up with Michael J. Fox, so the latter invites the former to attend a charity event later on in the week. LD uses his excuse that he will be out of town, and ends up moving to Paris for two months.
