Vivian's murder investigation is reopened and all evidence is reexamined. With a couple of big breaks, Joanna and Will are able to come to the conclusion that Robert killed Vivian at the home, put her body in a suitcase, and brought her to the motel.

The dirty cop Robert paid off in the episode prior, however, has the suitcase and all the evidence "lost" in the system.

Haverstock, who is going to be appointed Attorney General, orders Joanna to stay undercover so they can begin collecting more evidence and bring Robert down.

Edward gains vengeance on the Russian mob.

Sofia and Wyatt clash, and the episode ends with Wyatt kidnapping Mia.
