When the neighborhood handyman Eli Scruggs (Beau Bridges) passes away, the residents of Wisteria Lane realize how much he affected their daily lives.  Gaby remembers when Eli helped her make new friends when she first moved in.  Lynette recalls how Eli helped her when she had too much on her plate and was neglecting Penny.  Susan remembers how Eli was always there for her whenever a man left her.  Edie remembers their special friendship.  Bree realizes how a small gesture of his got her to where she is today.
