Entourage Recap: "Drive"

Entourage returned for its sixth season last night with a pretty solid return.  We joined up with Vince and the boys just after he finished his latest film, an adaptation of Gatsby.

Vinnie was already preparing for his next role by getting his much needed driver's license.  Lloyd, meanwhile, was sick of being Ari's assistant and demanded a promotion.

Vince All By Himself

Good old E, thanks to a little motivation from Sloan, was actually considering moving out of the Frat house and into his own place.  Find out how things panned out in our "Drive" recap.

Now enjoy some of our favorite Entourage quotes from the episode.

According to Michael Ausiello, the actress - best known for roles on The Sopranos and Dead Zone - has landed the role of ER's final fatality. Most likely.

Cara Buono

Buono character, Lisa, is a 36-year-old pregnant woman who goes into labor after getting into a car crash. An ER rep would only say that Buono is playing one of ER's "last trauma patients.

The ER series finale is scheduled to air on April 2.

Alexis Bledel

The latter star will make her ER debut as a grief-stricken grandmother, stunned over the death of her grandson.

ER Spoilers: The Fate of Carter

Noah Wyle returned to ER last week.

It was an exciting event for long-time fans of the show, but will it end up being a tragic come back?

Dr. John Carter

At the conclusion of the episode, Carter collapsed and was subsequently hooked up to a machine. We can now confirm that this was a dialysis machine, not a chemotherapy device.

Also, look for Eriq La Salleto reprise his role as Dr. Benton around the time Carter really needs some help.

Does that mean Carter is guaranteed to have a happy ending? Not at all. But his prognosis could be a lot worse, that's for certain.

Susan Sarandon to Appear on ER

As if George Clooney reprising the role of Doug Ross on the final season of ER wasn't exciting enough.

E! reports that Susan Sarandon filmed scenes late last week with the actor Clooney on the show's set at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, California.

The episode featuring these two Oscar winners will air toward the end of this season.

Susan Sarandon, George Clooney

According to sources who were there on set for Clooney's return, ER series regular Linda Cardellini (Sam) will appear in at least one scene with the hunky doctor.

"He was charming," one crew said. "Everyone had a great time with George, and he told some great stories about the old days. He really enjoyed himself and was glad he did it."
