Gael needs a last minute piece for his art-show. He enlists the help of Callie the migut before. She helps and they flirt. They both have clay on their hands and during the show, Bryan noticed.

Jazmin brings up that Gael doesn't really care about Bryan the same way and brings up his ex Elijah. Bryan confronts Gael later at the Coterie. Gael breaks things off with him, and Bryan is upset and wonders if Gael is capable of loving anyone if he doesn't work on himself.

Bryan tells Callie she won. She doesn't react.

Malika is working on the protest. She keeps imagining her brother and is distracted. She tries calling him but his number changed. Before the protest he contacts her and needs her. Everyone at the protest reached out to her.

Malika and Davia also get into a disagreement when Davia brings home a student whom Malika suspects is homeless.

Jeff wants Davia to return to Wisconsin. She tells him she won't be his mistress.

Mariana tries to run her pitches past Casey but she keeps shooting her down. She bumps into Evan at the show and pitches to him. He likes her ideas. Raj tells her that he may only like it because he likes her. Evan tells Mariana about his social anxiety.

Josh sees them talking and tells Angela to do whatever to shut it down because I'd ahat happened to a previous employee Amanda whom Evan was interested in

Angela gives Mariana the men's salaries because she found out about the spreadsheet.

Dennis meets up with Nathan to talk about him pulling out of the deal with Jesus. Nathan did it in retaliation for Dennis and Jen's divorce spat. Jen confronts jom and tells him how horrible a father and husband he was.

Dennis gives advice and spends time with the kids at the gallery but later pulls off alone and calls jen. He sobs and leaves her a message that implies he's suicidal.

the next day jen shows up at the Coterie looking for him and plays the message for davia who learns about Jacob too. Davia calls Dennis crying but his his phone is off.

Sumi tells Alice she wants to call off the wedding and she's still in love with her.
