- Maggie and Winston prep for a dinner party for Nick where Maggie wants to grill him
- Amelia is having sexytimes with Kai in bed.
- Amelia and Kai arrive at Mer's house and have to look after the kids.
- Everyone arrives early while Mer is still not there. Mer catches a case before she leaves with a woman brought in who was attacked for being Asian.
- Catherine is in chemo with Kristin and Simon.
- Nico is working on the case with the woman who exprienced a hate crime.
- Link brings Scout to the party and things aren't as awkward as they could be with Kai there. Wendell shows up at the party to Winston's surprise. And Bailey is thrown off that Mer still isn't there.
- Kai is awkward around all the kids.
- Winston is trying to figure out if people are really after Wendell.
- Maggie is suspicious of Nick.
- Alice's family shows up for her and is beyond upset about her attack.
- Kristin is having some stomach pains
- Lin, Nico, and Bokhee all talk about their experiences with discrimination.
- Wendell tells winston that people are after him and know where he is and Winston goes off on him for possibly leading them here.
- Maggie connects with Nick when he talks about his own issues with his sister that mirror Winston's.
- Levi checks up on Nico who is upset from that case. HE takes care of his hand.
- Kristin had Braxton Hicks contractions.
- Alice codes and they have to fight to revive her, and it looks harrowing, but she survives.
- Webber tells Catherine she can stop her treatments if she's only doing it for him.
- Kai reminds Amelia that they don't want kids.
- Maggie gave Wendell the money to pay the people back, and he tells her that he gave him the money too. So he stole twice the money from them.
- Amelia talks to Nick and says she wants Mer to be happy. Mer arrives and Nick has everything set up for her.
