It's halloween and the attendings are happy because they got fresh tissue cadavers for the interns to learn how to treat traumas on.
Simone is with Maggie for the evening while Teddy is annoyed that she doesn't have any interns in trauma.
It's Link's cancerversary and he wanted to spend it with Jo, but she's on shift, so he turns to tinder.
Two guys jumped off a roof
One jumps off the ambulance after getting out of the hospital bed and nearly lands on Jo and others.
The interns work on the cadaver.
Juoles gets worked up about the cadavers and how they're used.
Winston and Owen talk about their wives and marriage.
The fathers of the boys almost fight but Bailey talks them down.
Levi goes off on a nurse and Webber pulls him aside and has him carving pumpkins.
A talk with Webber has Webber reaching out to Helm. Webber eventually decides that the attendings will have to pick up some slack too and let's Levi off for the day
The boys both survive and parents make amends.
Simone shares with Maggie how she landed in the program and the racism she deal with and saw against patients and how she finally broke down which was the video the others were watching earlier. She eventually shares it with them too and they all go out for breakfast.
Zola calls Mer from her sleepover and Nick and Mer go pick her up. Mer and Zola talk about the future and possible relocating if necessary if that's what it takes for Zola.
