Zoe and her father Ethan successfully perform surgery on George’s Dad.

As Ethan and Zoe attempt to rekindle their relationship, Lemon decides she needs to be Zoe’s best friend in order to make sure she’ll never tell George about her and Lavon. Zoe makes it clear to Lemon that she has no intentions of telling anyone because she doesn’t want to break George’s heart.

Meanwhile, Lavon and Wade work on a special drink for the Rammer Jammer’s 30th anniversary. Lavon is impressed with Wade’s talents at mixology and wonders why he decided to throw the competition. Wade tells him he wants to save the best for his own bar.

Later that night, a drunk Lavon kisses Lemon in front of the Rammer Jammer as George looks on.
