Zoe and Wade continue to keep their relationship a secret from George but find out he's known for awhile and he doesn't really care. When Zoe finds out it breaks her heart a little and Wade's. It seems Wade is ready to take their relationship to the next level. Brick tries to take it to the next step with Emily but instead they break up. Magnolia is becoming more supportive of her father and their family. Wade makes friends with a young boy and in turn realizes he has feelings for Zoe and in turn allows George to date his ex-wife. Lemon devises a plan to expose Ruby for planning on breaking Lavon's heart and partners up with Zoe to do it. Lemon then helps Lavon win her back and Ruby stays in Bluebell until her job starts at the first of the year.
