Lemon comes home to Bluebell only to have brought her two boyfriends along too. Unbeknownst to the both of them, Lemon enjoys both of their company. It all comes to heed when Carter and Enrique show up at Brick's house demanding to speak with Lemon. Eventually, they both vow to fight for her.

Zoe's mother tries to win back her practice from Brick by bringing in reporters to squash Brick's good name. Just when they had Brick right where they wanted him, Zoe couldn't go through with it. Eventually Zoe's mother goes back to New York.

Magnolia Breeland makes a brief return revealing she had been kicked out of boarding school. Brick ships her off to her grandmothers to learn discipline.
