Cullen is working with the Central Pacific Railroad to complete the railway from California to Utah.

He has yet to find his family.

Mr. Chang deals drugs and women, and he is in charge of the Chinese workers.

Cullen tries to get fair wages for the workers, but that starts a confrontation with Chang.

Chang let’s Cullen know who is charge, and even has Mr. Tao beat up.

The Swede confronts Cullen and tells him that he is the new prophet.

Thomas Durant learns Cullen is working for the other railroad.
