The Pod is off to Washington, D.C. this week, as April lays down a challenge for Marty. Marty calls on Jeannie to seal the deal with their client as he tries to avoid Monica and keep his promise to April. Roscoe finds Jeremiah on the floor. He later tells April he has been diagnosed with Parkinson's. Clyde calls out Doug for trying to undermine him with Marty and admits to being concerned about the impending merger. Jeannie accuses Marty of having no soul but when he takes the moral high road he makes an enemy in a former client who promises to ruin his career. Monica shows up at Marty's apartment to find April at the dinner table. She tells Marty she is going to seek custody of Roscoe.
