Wendy
Wendy comes home to find Steven Draper, a guy from the movie industry she has worked with in the past, persuing Cassidy's script that Wendy owns.  He wants to pay her for it and give her producer credit but she's unwilling to part with it.  Shane comes home in the middle of the day and tries to bring up having another baby again and tells Wendy he likes her as a stay at home mom.  Wendy does not like this obviously.

Wendy then goes to visit Steve at his office to discuss working ont he movie as a team.  Steven and Wendy, along with Cassidy, meet with a studio about their project and the studio dislikes Wendy's choice for lead actress (a child star from a Disney like network).  Steven then stages a shoplifting incident with their lead actress in order to make her look older.

We then find out that Maddie has been working for Victory.  When a cute delviery boy flirts with Maddie, Victory pushes her to have a little more self confidence.  That push may have gone too far as Maddie ends up making out with the much older boy the next time he comes by, only for Wendy to talk in on!  Wendy, rather than just scolding Maddie, ends up having a really good talk with her.

After her talk with Maddie, she and Shane continue to fight about him wanting her to be a stay-at-home mom.  He tried to claim that Maddie's actions are a result of not having her around.  Wendy feels she's never been closer to her daughter after their talk.  Shane is kind of an ass.

Victory
The Baren Brothers are in town and have interviewed every designer in town to do their new hotel line... except Victory Ford.  Wendy taks the subtle hint from Victory and puts in a phone call for her.  Wendy gives her advice to make herself the whole pitch as herself as the subject.  Apparently it was a good idea because Victory lands the hotel line!

Nico
Nico and Kirby are still struggling with baby Charlie, especially when Nico expects Kirby to babsit Charlie instead of taking a real job as a photographer for Victory.  Nico, meets with her attorney about getting custody of Charlie, but when Megan's parents come to take Charlie, she clearly has no choice but to give him up.

Nico admits to Wendy that her and Charlie did try to have a child once, right around when Wendy had Taylor.  However, Nico lost the baby and now plans on freezing an egg just in case because clearly Kirby isn't ready.

Nico and Kirby go to a club where guests write messages to each other in markers that only show up under black light.  Kirby writes "I'm not happy anymore."  The two then go to have a serious talk and they realize things aren't working and break up :(
